When the AI hits something it shouldn't decide alone — an angry customer, an unpriced job, a scheduling conflict — it opens an exception instead of guessing.
Steps
- Open the Exceptions page (or tap the alert notification).
- Read the summary — each exception explains what happened and what the AI recommends.
- Pick an action: approve the AI's suggested resolution, handle it yourself, or dismiss it.
How it works
Exceptions have severity levels and SLA timers, so urgent ones (emergencies, payment failures) surface first and re-alert you if untouched. Many resolve themselves — the AI keeps working the problem and auto-closes the exception when the customer responds or the conflict clears.
Tips
- The fewer unpriced services and unset policies you have, the fewer exceptions you'll see.
- Check the auto-resolved feed occasionally to see what the AI handled without you.
