Your services and pricing live in Settings, and the AI uses them to quote customers automatically.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Business and select the services you offer (or add custom ones).
- Go to Settings → Pricing to set how each service is priced:
- Preset — a flat price (e.g. drain cleaning $150).
- Formula — price per unit (e.g. per window, per square foot); the AI asks the customer for the quantity.
- Site visit — jobs that need an in-person look before quoting.
- Optionally build out the Catalog page with individual line items (parts, labor rates) used on estimates and invoices.
How it works
When a customer requests a quote, Kasora resolves the price from your pricing rules. Preset and formula services get instant quotes; site-visit services get offered an on-site estimate appointment (with an optional service-call fee you control).
Tips
- Anything without pricing config is escalated to you instead of guessed.
- Mark remote quotes clearly — Kasora adds a "subject to on-site review" disclaimer automatically.
