The Schedule page is a week grid of your jobs — drag to reschedule, assign techs, and let the route optimizer order the day.
Steps
- Go to Schedule and click any open slot to create a job (customer, service, duration, address).
- Assign a technician from the job editor — Kasora suggests based on skills and location.
- Drag a job block to a new time or tech column to reschedule.
- Use Optimize route to reorder a tech's day for the least driving.
How it works
Booking rules from Settings (hours, working days, minimum notice, max jobs per day) shape which slots customers can self-book. Techs see their day on their own mobile dashboard, and customers can get an automatic "tech is on the way" text with the tech's photo.
Tips
- Recurring work (weekly lawn care, quarterly maintenance) lives on the Recurring page — visits generate automatically.
- Sync with Google Calendar from Settings → Integrations.
