Kasora pushes your customers, invoices, payments, deposits, and refunds into QuickBooks Online so your books stay current without double entry.
Steps
- Go to Accounting and click Connect QuickBooks, then sign in to Intuit and choose your company.
- Open the Mappings tab and map your income account, deposit account, and tax codes.
- Choose what to push and how often in Settings (manual or auto-sync).
- Click Sync now for your first push.
How it works
Each Kasora record is linked to its QuickBooks counterpart, so re-syncs update instead of duplicating. On Premium, Kasora also watches for changes made on the QuickBooks side and raises them in the Reconciliation Queue with an AI risk score, plus a monthly-close checklist.
Tips
- Sync errors land in the Error Queue with plain-language fixes — most are a missing mapping.
- Not on QuickBooks? Use the CSV export on the same page for any accounting tool.
