Kasora works best when your business basics, services, and booking rules are filled in — this takes about 15 minutes.
Steps
- Complete onboarding: business name, phone, services you offer, service area, and booking hours.
- Go to Settings → General and confirm your business details, timezone, and public URL slug.
- Go to Settings → Business to fine-tune your services and booking rules (hours, working days, max jobs per day).
- Open the Deployment page to grab your public links — quote form, booking page, and contact page — and put them on your website or social profiles.
- Add your team on the Team page so jobs can be assigned to technicians.
How it works
Once your profile is set, Kasora's AI front desk answers incoming leads, offers booking slots that respect your rules, sends quotes from your pricing, and escalates anything unusual to you as an exception.
Tips
- Start in "suggest" autonomy mode if you want to approve AI replies before they go out.
- Use the sample data invite on the Dashboard to explore with realistic data first.
